Dr. Timothy Stein
DC, CACCP
Dr. Stein has been focused on maximizing the health potential of his patients since earning his license in January of 2005. Shortly thereafter, in August of 2005, he decided to open Straightahead Chiropractic, with the vision of offering quality natural healthcare to entire families.
Dr. Stein graduated from California Baptist University in Riverside, with a Bachelor's in Exercise Physiology and Athletic Training. While there on a baseball Scholarship, he managed to remain on the Dean's list, graduate Magna Cum Laude, and work over 800 hours with the student athletes as part of the Sports Medicine and Athletic Training Team.
After graduating from Cal Baptist, Dr. Stein immediately began working on his Doctorate at Southern California University of Health Sciences, where he graduated with a Doctorate of Chiropractic in December of 2004, with Magna Cum Laude honors.
Beyond this, Dr. Stein, being passionate about the health and well-being of entire families, spent 2 years in post-graduate work to become specialized in the care of Children and Moms-to-be. He is certified by both the Academy of Chiropractic Family Practice and the Council on Chiropractic Pediatrics.
In January of 2010, Dr. Stein rejoined his Alma Mater (SCUHS), taking a part-time faculty position, in which he led courses in Pediatrics, ObGyn, and Geriatrics. Along with teaching, Dr. Stein directed a Pediatric Clinic at the Whittier Campus Health Center, where he oversaw student interns as well as provided care to children from ages 0-12 (mostly with special needs).
More than being a Doctor or Professor, Dr. Stein loves being a husband and daddy. He and Sandy have been married for over 18 years now, and have 4 kids (two boys and two girls) ranging in age from 17 to 11.
Our team
Sabrina is a transplant from Northern California and brings with her over 20 years of health care experience. This, combined with her passion for caring for others, playing with kids, and holding babies, makes our office the perfect place for her! Sabrina is our office coordinator and besides helping our office to feel warm and welcoming, she also helps our workplace function efficiently and effectively. She is the friendly voice for new patients who have questions about what we do and/or want to schedule an appointment. She also performs patient scans, and presents care plans (which includes setting up scheduling and financial options). Sabrina strives to connect with each and every patient and will do everything she can to provide excellent care for you and your family. She loves being part of our team and watching lives change! Sabrina also enjoys being a wife, mother and friend. She is very involved in her church and family. She loves the outdoors, road trips, the beach and making memories.
Born and raised in Redlands, Alyssa loves working and living in her hometown. Before joining our team, Alyssa was the Children’s Ministry Director at a local church. She has a deep passion for seeing kiddos and their families thrive in all areas of life. She has an eclectic range of creative interests from photography and graphic design, to baking and everything in between. Recently, she spent some time developing, writing, and publishing a collection of devotionals & leadership curriculum geared towards young kiddos. Alyssa loves being a part of the team and seeing people’s lives continue to change on a daily basis.
Alyssa is married to her husband, Austin and they have a tiny, feisty puppy. In her free time Alyssa enjoys spending time with her family, running a small business with her Mama, and eating loads of chips and guac.
